The Objecting Parties oppose the decision of the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") approving the request by Energy Fuels for <br />Phase I reclamarion bond release. <br />We also understand that there may he a varioty of issuos miscd at the Hearing by the <br />Objecting Parties. We believe that our role at the Hearing is to be available to answer questions <br />or provide information on various issues or comments that may arise during the course of the <br />Bearing. We do not expect to make a formal presentation unless there is some situation that <br />arises during the course o£the Hearing that warrants our offering testimony or exhibits. <br />
