No modifications to equipment aze needed at this time. <br />Response 2. <br />Mountain Coal Company has submitted an application to the Air Pollution Control Division to increase <br />the annual through-put to 8.2 million tons per year (IvIMTPY) and anticipates approval by spring 1996, <br />well in advance of reaching 8.2 MMTPY production. A copy of the permit will be provided to the <br />Division (via a minor revision) upon approval by the Air Pollution Control Division. <br />Response 3. <br />The revised Exhibit 67 calculations used the data (Annual Hydrology Report) from the 1994 Water <br />Year as a basis for projecting the 1996 potable water usage of 13.2 acre-feet. Additional miscellaneous <br />water usage including additional workforce, equipment wash water, and surface road dust suppression <br />was calculated to be 10.0 acre feet. The total miscellaneous water use was projected to be <br />approximately 23.2 acre feet. <br />Response 4. <br />No response is necessary. <br />
