A thorough analysis of the mine water should <br />not be required since it has been discounted as a slide trigger mechanism. <br />The following data are enclosed. <br />• Oxbow letter to Bear dated January 25, 2005 regarding razing the old mine <br />office. <br />• Limited Access and Surface Use Agreement between Oxbow and Bear. <br />• J. E.
