They will be presented in a point by
point fashion to ensure that all your concerns have been satisfied.
1) Liaul Poad Crossing the Undisturbed Drainage in Pit #2.
n. 'i7~e mine plan has been mxlified to the extent that
the haul road will not cross the drainage, but will be re-
located as iru]icatec] on the enclosed mine plan rrL~p. The road
will not cross any drainages and t]terefore will not require any
fill material.
e. '17ti s no longer is a problem because the road will
no longer cross the drainage and therefore will not need
reconstruction.
C. This point is noted and will be addressed in the
permanent program submittal.
2) The areal extent and limited life expectancy of this over-
burden stockpile rnalce it a prime candidate for a smzll area exemption.
[hrtlaerrrore, a lxrm is in place around the stockpile which capture
the runoEC from Ule pile. It is 1DP4's feeling that construction of
a ditch or pond to provide sediment control ~AU1d do no environmental
i harm then retaining the current system as it is. Therefore, TBM
requests that this area Lae given a small area exemption status.
P. O. Ilex 150, Golden, (;ulorndo 00401 lulnphonu (~OJ) 770~8G6.`'i
