Box 1351 <br />Palisade, CO 81526 <br />(303) 464-7951 <br />As discussed this morning on the phone, a copy of our latest construction <br />certification for our underground development waste disposal area is being <br />submitted to the Division. Due to our lack of activity on the site since <br />the Fall of 1984, certifications were not done on a quarterly basis. This <br />certification is in response to the Division's clarification that certifi- <br />cation must be submitted quarterly regardless of activity, unless approved <br />otherwise. <br />Active use of this disposal site is not expected for an extended period of <br />time, therefore, we re uest that the certification of site be reduced to an <br />annual re uiremen Upon resume ion of active mining, quarter y certifica- <br />tion wi again be done. <br />If there are any further questions, let me know. <br />Sinc/erely, <br />, ~ <br />/: , . <br />Larry M.
