Your application was therefore determined to be complete on <br />March 14, 1994. Rule 3.03.2(2) requires the Division to conduct a field inspection of the <br />applicable lands within 30 days of the filing of a complete request. Due to weather and ground <br />conditions, this inspection cannot be held within 30 days. We will coordinate this inspection <br />with you during the 1994 field season. <br />We will also be conducting an adequacy review of the vegetation monitoring data for Block D. <br />We will forward the results of this review in conjunction with Blocks B and C comments.
