I affirm the information provided in your letter. All these concerns have been
adequately addressed and as such, the Division approved your revision request on January 8,
1998. The financial warranty for the quarry has been set at $223,700 and the required financial
warranty increase has been received by our office. In conclusion, all permitting matters noted in
my 1997 correspondance have been resolved.
Once again, thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
r~~%Lr~zG' V
Thomas A.
