However, as <br />discussed throughout this review, the final financial warranty may change based on the outcome of re- <br />evaluating the mining and reclamation sequence. If the disturbed acreage changes based on this review <br />please adjust the reclamation costs accordingly. <br />6.4.13 EXHIBIT M-Other Permits and Licenses <br />The issuance of a Reclamation Permit does not relieve the applicant of their responsibility for obtaining or <br />maintaining other required permits as necessary to conduct mining operations. Attached to this letter are <br />any comments that our office has received from other commenting agencies that we normally contact to <br />review the proposed activity, however, it is the operator's responsibility to obtain clearance from those <br />agencies listed under this exhibit. <br />6.4.14 EXHIBIT N- Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />
