Long <br />Division Oirecmr <br />The Division has completed its initial adequacy review for your 112 Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit Application. The application was received on August 3, 1998 and called complete for technical <br />review on August 6, 1997. The decision date for your application is November 4, 1998. Please be <br />advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any concerns identified in this review before the <br />decision date, it will be your responsibility to request an extension of the review period. If there are <br />outstanding issues that have not been adequately addressed before the end of the review period, and no <br />extension Ilas been requested, the Division will deny this application. <br />7'he review consisted of comparing the submitted information with the specific requirements of Rule 6.4 <br />and 6.5 of the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for the <br />Extraction of Construction Materials. Any inadequacies are identified under the respective exhibit <br />heading along with suggested actions to correct these inadequacies. <br />6.4.1 EXHIBIT A- Legal Description <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.2 EXHIBIT B- Index Mao <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C- Pre-mining and Mining_Plan Maps of Affected Lands <br />The maps are adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.4 EXHIBIT D- Mining Plan <br />The mining plan submitted with the amendment outlines six phases where a prescribed mining plan will <br />be repeated throughout the life of the mine. The plan initiates with the extraction of the initial overburden <br />pile, which is necessary in order to create a lake for the mining dredge to operate out of. The basic <br />
