E. Stover & Associates, Inc. TR-15 response package prepared for CAM <br />Mining LLC (CAM). I reviewed this in conjunction with the 2005 Annual Hydrology Report <br />(AHR) response submittal. My original comments in my memorandum for TR-15 correspond to <br />CAM responses 19a) and 19b). I have the following remaining comments <br />19a) Response accepted, however, I recommend that CAM add to page 2-44 the information <br />they provided in their response regarding the groundwater well, permit #256862. <br />Specifically, it would be helpful to have the discussion in the permit that this well is not <br />being used for potable purposes and the only domestic use possible for the well could be <br />irrigation as stated in their response. <br />19b) Response accepted. <br />Let me know if you have any questions regarding my review of TR-15 responses. <br />C: Sandy Brown <br />Office of Office of Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey <br />
