A list of revised material, proposed public notice, and certification of insurance is also included. As you !;now, Twentymile Coal Company proposes to incorporate the Fish Creek Tipple/Loadout permit (C-81-036) into the Foidel Creek Mine permit (C-82-056). The Fish Creek Tipple is a complete, approved document and will be merged into the Foidel Creek Permit as an Appendix. The material will became Volumes VIII, IX, and X of the C-82-056 permit. As Twentymile Coal Company has recently received approval for the Foidel Creek Mine's Life of Mine operation, there are very few major alternations or modifications which need to be addressed. The changes which are included involve the Legal and Financial Compliance, bond clarification, and the incorporation of the Fish Creek Tipple. In order to accommodate the union of the documents, Twentymile Coal Company has revised several pages of the Foidel Creek Mine permit. The table of contents in Volumes I and VIII has been revised to indicate the inclusion of the Fish Creek Tipple/Loadout as an appendix. Parts of the Legal and Financial Compliance section has been revised in both documents. Twentymile Coal Company and its principal shareholder, Cyprus Yampa Valley Coal Corporation, have undergone some reorganization within the corporate structure. These changes and others a ;contained within the revised pages of Rule 2.03. , Several pages of Rule 2.05 within Volume 1 have been m~nodified to reflect the inclusion of the tipple operation. Also, within t!~,s section, Twentymile Coal Company incorporated bonding calculatior, for all modifications and revisions. The numbering sequence of these p ges has been altered in order to accommodate any future bond modification;. The most recent bond alteration is found on page 2.05-54f(3). Future t~ond revisions will be described on page 2.05-54f(4) and, as needed, subsequent pages. Twentymile Coal Company is currently overbonded by about 5160,04!0.
