FJCHIBIT M: Other Permits and Licenses
The Applicant is concurrently applying for a Zone Change, Conditional Use
Permit, and Plat in Adams County to gain approval for the proposed land uses.
The Applicant will also need the following permits.
1. A Gravel Well Permit and Temporary Substitute Supply Plan from the
Division of Water Resources, Office of the State Engineer.
2. A Floodplain Development Permit from Adams County (in cooperation with
the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District).
3. Air Emissions Permit and APENS from the Colorado Department of Public
Health and Environment, Air Quality Control Division.
Should some of these permits not be approved by the DMG's decision date, the
Applicant requests that the Regular 112 Permit Amendment be approved
conditional upon approval of the above required permits.
The Applicant has already obtained an NPDES permit (No. CO-0038512), found
in Appendix 1.
