Long <br />Division DireUOr <br />The Division has reviewed Bear Coal Company's submittal of Technical Revision Number 26, <br />"Update the PHC Section of the Permit to Account for Recent Mine Water Discharge." The data <br />and information submitted are fine, but the Division requests some additional information <br />relating to mine inflows.
