On
March 15, 1995, TerraMatrix received your second letter along with DMG's cut/fill isopach.
After reviewing the cut/fill isopach, TerraMatrix identified three areas which showed insufficient
cuts. The areas are as follows:
1) The northwest end of the existing ridge should show a cu[ of approximately 25
feet.
2) The central section of the existing west ridge should show a cut of 10 to 15 feet.
3) The southwest area between the pit and the haul road should show a cut of
approximately 15 feet.
If you make these changes, I believe your volumes should match our es[imated volumes. To
assist you, I have included a draft copy of our cut/fill isopach. Please feel free to contact me
with any questions or if I can provide further clarification or submit additional information that
will facilitate your review.
Sincerely,
TerraMatrix
~~
Thomas E.
