' <br />The County has an existing Special Use Permit for the Sunday Mine complex but does <br />require an Amendment to this Permit for the expansion of the Topaz Mine. An <br />application was sent to Mr. Steve Landau in May of this yeaz. The County has not <br />received the application information from Mr. Landau at this time.
