The technical revision,
once approved, will allow CYCC to construct a walk back road on the south
boundary of the Area 61 pit. In order to complete the construction of the
road an incidental permit boundary modification will be required.
The walk back road will be located within the 100' buffer zone required
by Lease C-26914. I have discussed constructing the walk back in the buffer
with the following individuals:
NAME ORGANIZATION TELEPHONE N0.
Mike Albee Bureau of Land Management 824-4441
Jim Morris Colorado Division of Wildlife 824-7175
Rick Kureger U.S. Fish and Wildlife 243-2778
Discussion with the various individuals did not reveal any major problems
with approving the request, although each advised they would need to review
the plan and then offer a final opinion. Hopefully, by listing the
individual and telephone number your job will be made a little bit easier
during your consultation process. Also, I've attached the prior prairie
falcon monitoring reports for your review.
David, as opposed to changing the permit boundary on all the maps I've
only shown the revised boundary on Permit Renewal hlap 1, Permit Boundary grid
Reclamation Liability, and the appropriate part of the Permit Renewal Map
No. 5, Eckman Park Kline Plan, Roads, Power Lines and Facilities. If this
is not acceptable please let me know any I can have the remainder of the
maps modified.
c~RUs
