The location for which said <br />permit issued is as follows: <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />S'-~ NE n SW n NE 4; E'-4 NW n SW < NE <; S'-~ SW < NE n OF SECTION 20, <br />TOWNSHIP 48 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE NEW MEXICO PRINCIPAL <br />MERIDIAN, Containing 30.63 acres, more or less, excepting there <br />from an easement over and across the existing road which crosses <br />adjacent land as recorded in Deed dated January 24, 1973, and <br />recorded at Book, 550, page 275 of the deed records of Fremont <br />County, Colorado. <br />The activity is classified as an open pit sand and gravel mine and <br />the property is zoned Agricultural Farming and Ranching.
