Box 632 <br />Telluride, CO 81435 <br />Re; Pre-application Summsry - Mlniug and Mineral Processing Special Use Permit <br />Dear John, <br />The purpose of this corxespondcnce is to serve as aPte-application Conference Summary, in <br />accordance with San Miguel County Land Use Code Section 4-207, for a Special Use Petmit for <br />a mining and mineral processing operation at the Pathfinder Pit. The Pathfinder Pit lies north of <br />the San Bernardo subdivision in the Forestry, Agriculture and Open (F) Zone District. A Mining <br />and mineral processing operation requires two•step County Planning Commission review in <br />accordance with Land Use Code Sections 5=307 D., 5-10 and 5-I5. <br />Suhm(caien Reneirempntc <br />Land Use Code Section d-2 establishes the miniraturt submission requirements for all <br />development applications: <br />4-20] Geaeraf <br />All development applications shall include, at minimum, the information and materials speelfied <br />in this section of the Code.
