This minor revision is a request to allow for <br />blasting activities to occur less than 500 feet from the Meridian <br />Oil Well and associated facilities. The oil well and facilities <br />.? are currently owned by Palo Production Corporation, who purchased <br />these facilities from Meridian Oil in 1994. <br />Enclosed are the insertion instructions into the PAP, responses <br />to each adequacy concern and the revised materials.
