Mr. Dilly and <br />Mr. Shuey witnessed the beginnings of the topsoil consolidation process at Pathfinder on <br />8/29/00 during their inspectiott/visit. Ibelieve that I heazd Mr. Dilly comment that there <br />was still substantial reserves on-site, and that was when the consolidation process was <br />just beginning. As 1 conducted the actual survey of the site I was amazed at how much <br />topsoil actually was still left to be collected. I took a few photos and dug some post holes <br />in yet-to-be-disturbed azeas, (see enclosures). I hope this report resolves for you yet <br />another pesky problem.
