Long <br />Hesperus, CO 81326 Division D~reaor <br />Re: DMG/OSM Permitting Coordination, National King Coal, LLC, <br />The King Coal Mine, DMG Permit No. C-81-035, <br />Permit Revision No. PR-07 <br />Deaz Mr. Bird: <br />The Division found National King Coal's application for PR-07 complete on December 20, 1999. <br />This PR requests the addition of 320 acres to the King Coal Mine permit azea. <br />This PR was discussed with Cazl Johnston at OSM today. Based upon the current description of <br />this PR, OSM has determined that PR-07 is a revision that will require modification of your federal <br />mine plan. We encourage National King Coal to discuss this PR with Mr. Johnston as soon as <br />possible.
