The <br />publication will initiate the ten (10) day public comment period for the <br />Division's decision. <br />If applicable, Mountain Coal Company should amend their bond to reflect a <br />change in the amount of $180,761.00 prior to the end of the public comment <br />period. This should be submitted as a rider to the original bond.
