We would <br />like to address each item specifically: <br />1. Inducted with this letter are the proof of publigtion of the public notice and proof <br />of mailings to all of the property owners within 200 feet of the property. <br />6.4.5 Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />2. The Applipnt proposes to fill in a portion of the existing pond using material that <br />has been stockpiled on the site to create land suitable for industriaVeommercial <br />use. The existing pond will be dewatered, and material will be placed and <br />compacted according to the redamation plan. Scrapers, bulldozers, front-end <br />loaders, water trucks and sheep's foot compactors will be used to move the <br />material. Approximately 163,445 cubic yards of material w111 he used to redaim <br />the site as shown in the reclamation plan. The parcel is 30.87 acres, 6.25 acres <br />of which will be open water. The remainder of the site, 24.72 acres will be <br />reclaimed to allow for industriaVcammerdai use. <br />Also included with this letter is a letter sent to the State Engineers Office regarding the <br />need for an augmentation plan for this site. We are currently working with the SEO and <br />the City of Fort Collins to satisfy their requirements fa ibis project. <br />This addresses all comments raised in the referenced adequacy letter of 19 November <br />2002. <br />If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to give me a call.
