KNOW P.LL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that DOUGLAS BRIGGS, ,
INC., of La Plata County, State of Colorado, Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid by THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF LA PLATA, STATE OF
COLORADO, Grantee, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has given and
granted and by these presents does hereby give and grant unto the said Grant-
ee, its successors and assigns, a PERPETUAL EASEMENT on, along, over and
across the following described premises, to-wit:

An easement for road purposes over and across a portion of the NWT of SW~
of Section 10, Township 34 North, Range 9 west of the New Mexico Principal
Meridian in the County of La Plata, State of Colorado lying ten (10) feet on
either side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 10, said point
being a Bureau of Land Management Brass Cap and considezating the North line
of the NWT of SW~r of Section 10 to bear N 89°53' E with all other bearings
contained herein relative thereto;
Thence N 89°53' E a distance of 51.52 feet along the North line of the
NWT of SW~i of said Section 10 to the Point of Beginning, said point being on
the centerline of the existing access road;
Thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 100.00 feet; thence
Southeasterly 187.86 feet along said curve through a central angle of
107°38'13", having a chord of 161.43 feet which bears S 51°46'08" E;
Thence N 74°24'37" E a distance of 49.57 feet;
Thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 85.00 feet; thence
southeasterly 94.15 feet along said curve through a central angle of
63°27'42", having a chord of 89.41 feet which bears S 73°51'32" E;
Thence 5 42°07'41" E a distance of 59.57 feet;
Thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 120.00 feet; thence
southeasterly 112.89 feet along said curve through a central angle of
53°54'01", having a chord of 108.77 feet which bears S 69°04'42" E;

Thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 115.00 feet; thence
