BANTA, Dlrsctor <br />August 3, 1988 <br />Mr. David Richards <br />Kit Carson County <br />Box 248 <br />Burlington, Colorado 80807 <br />Re: File No. M-82-054, Eberhart Pit, Incomplete Revision <br />Dear Mr. Richards: <br />Upon reviewing your amendment application for revision of Mining & Reclamation <br />Permit, dated July 25, 1988, we have determined that it is incomplete under <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act (C.R.S. 34-32-101, et sue.), and the <br />associated regulations. <br />The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be <br />considered complete (Rulle 1,1 (10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board, as amended, effective July, 1978): <br />1. Exhibit A - information appears to be in error. Isn't mining area in <br />Range 42 West?; <br />2. Exhibit B -Index Map should have site labeled and clearly delineated; <br />3. Exhibit D - Mining Plan must contain the information specified in <br />paragraph 2.12(4) under Rule 2 of the Mineral Rules and Regulations; <br />4. Exhibits C and F •- Maps must be prepared to meet the standards set forth <br />in paragraphs 2.12, 2.12(3) and 2.12(6) under Rule 2 of the Mineral <br />Rules and Regulatiions. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael J.
