<br />~~ <br />Pnhlic Nntice <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on April 18, 2002, a minor revision application (MR-19) to <br />the Munger Canyon Mine, Permit No. C-1981-020, operated by Lodestar Energy, Inc., 333 West Vine <br />Street, Suite 1700, Lexington, KY 40507 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. This <br />revision provides a small area exemption demonstration based on vegetative cover for a small topsoil <br />stockpile along the lower road segment at Munger Canyon Mine. Maintenance of an existing sediment <br />trap would no longer be required.
