3 <br />AGREEMENT FOR RELOCATION OF THE TEMPLETON IRRIGATION DITCH <br />ACA PRODUCTS, INC., a Colorado Corporation, located at 702 Gregg Drive, PO Box <br />1887, Buena Vista, Co 81211, operates a mining operation at the end of County Road 1 I, <br />in Lake County Colorado. <br />ACA PRODUCTS, INC. expanded the mining operation of the Pine Ridge Pit in 1999 to <br />include approximately 108 acres. The Templeton Irrigation Ditch that lies within the <br />boundaries will be relocated to the North and East corner of the permit area.
