<br />Comments on the Contents of the Appendices <br />[n places in these documents reference is made to Schmidt Construction rattier than <br />Centennial Materials. This primarily occurs in the Waters of the United States study. Schmidt <br />Construction and Centennial Materials are sister companies under the ownership of Edw. C. Levy <br />Co. Therefore, although the material may have been prepared for one company, it is <br />interchangeably useful for the other company. <br />Waters of the United States Study: A few items are mentioned in this study that are not <br />included in this copy. Those items are primarily a copy of the Nationwide Permit that applies. <br />That is not a permit that addresses this site only but is used for all applicable sites throughout the <br />region and the nation. The second item not included are copies of the photographs. <br />If a copy of either of these items is desired they can be supplied. The photographs <br />will be supplied as color copies of the prints. In the event photographic prints are required they <br />can be supplied with good reason, but it must be understood that printing will take several days. <br />Additional prints are not available. In our experience, color copies now are nearly :is good as the <br />originals and for these photos are excellent. The extremely fine details revealed in .r photographic <br />print are not very relevant to the purpose of these photos. <br />Stormwater and Water Management: This report and plan contains drainage <br />information, maps and plans for controlling both Flow volumes and sediment. This report and <br />plan was prepared for three purposes. First, is to provide a supplement to various exhibits in the <br />Reclamation Permit amendment application relating to the drainage characteristics of the site and <br />the planned Flow and sediment control facilities. Second, is to provide information necessary for <br />the control of sediment for the NPDES Stormwater discharge permit. And third, when combined <br />with the reclamation plans, provides the Drainage and Erosion Control plans for th<: amendment <br />[o the EI Paso County Special Use Permit for this site. <br />
