NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER;;
EL PASO COUNTY, COLORADO
Centennial Materials (the "Applicant/Operator) has applied for a Regulaz (l12)
reclamation permit amendment from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd (the "Boazd")
to conduct the extraction of construction materials operations in El Paso County. '['he attached
information is being provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed
amendment. The entire amendment application is also on file with the Division of Minerals and
Geology (the "Division") and the local county clerk and recorder.
The applicant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to wildlife habitat. Pursuant
to Section 34-32.5-116(4)(m), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the local Boazd of Soil
Conservation Districts before approving of the post-mining land use. Accordingly. the Board
would appreciate your comments on the proposed amendment. Please note that, hr order to
preserve your right to a hearing before the Boazd on this amendment application, you must
submit written comments on the amendment application within twenty (20) days mf the date of
last publication of notice pursuant to Section 34-32-112(10), C.R.S.
