The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) notice with regard to the proposed
decision of Technical Revision No. 55 was published on June 14, 2002, in the Craig Dai/y Press.
The 10-day public comment period following the publication closed on June 24, 2002. No
comments were received in response to the notice. The date of the Division proposed decision to
approve Technical Revision 55 of June 5, 2002 is final. Please provide appropriate materials to
the Office of Surface Mining (with demonstration of such provision to the Division).
