This report is the application for a Technical Revision to Mine Permit M77- <br /> 326 and becomes an addendum to Exhibit"C". <br /> Blasting operations at the Siloam Mine will be conducted on an infrequent basis. Blasting will be <br /> used to loosen the sandstone cap rock and clay during mining campaigns.
