The assumed friction angles of as <br />low as 10° along with zero cohesion are equivalent to placement of <br />the material with minimum density. The required densities are <br />achievable with thick end-dumped placement. CC&VG and Golder <br />Associates did not pursue further investigation of compaction <br />relationships.
