M-77-210, <br />Revision No. SI-001 <br />Dear Mr. Paraday: <br />On October 31, 1994, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board increased the <br />current Financial Warranty for this permit to $340,000.00, in accordance with <br />Rules 7.2(a) and 7.2(c) of the Minerals Rules and Regulations. This is an <br />increase of $109,224.00. <br />The Board ordered amendment of the current Financial Warranty, or submittal of <br />a new Financial Warranty reflecting the increase, within 60 days from the date <br />of this letter.
