4 reclaimed areas as well, in order to ensure --
5 MR. BAMBERG: Yes. I have done a lot of
6 reclamation in the west, and cattle grazing ar+d
7 reclamation has been brought out adequately b}' the
8 people here as totally imcompatible.
9 If you are going to get reclamation,
10 you have to keep the cattle out. I have seen,
11 occasionally, antelope also tear into reclamation

12 areas, although there is not that big a population
13 we have to worry about.
