7 back to some of the things that have been described
8 already, that there was described a detection
9 instrument between the liner. There is onl}, well,
' 10 just a very brief liner with polyester and the

13 of detection system there will be or if thez•e will

l4 be a detection system in the surrounding soils which
15 would leak into the water systems of the area
16 there when the leaching ponds are, say, like 50 to
' 17 200 feet deep and then you have water levels being
18 from 22, maybe, to 140-some feet, any one of those
19 levels.
20 Is the population of Costilla County and
21 the Rio Grande area to wait until they have symptoms
' 22 of poisoning before something will be found out and
23 something done about it?
24 And then in relation to precipitation
