BALDRIGE: We had discussions with <br />4 the staff this morning and I read into the record <br />5 this morning, which was Battle Mountain Resources <br />6 commits they will assure that excess capacity in <br />7 tailings as measured by the humidity cell method <br />8 that includes pH conductivity (inaudible) at the <br />9 point of deposition throughout the life of the <br />10 facility, monitoring will occur and the three months <br />11 frequency and will be (inaudible). <br />12 That is put in here to assure that <br />13 (inaudible) from the mill (inaudible). <br />14 MS. JACQUEZ: Okay. Thank you. <br />15 I'm wondering -- you mentioned what are <br />16 mitigation plans. What mitigation plans d~~ you have <br />17 in mind? <br />18 MS. BALDRIGE: The mitigation plan is <br />19 what I just read. <br />20 MS. JACQUEZ: Okay. It would be the <br />21 (inaudible).
