For the Fedinec Pit, Permit No. M-77-057. Pioneer Sand <br />Company, Inc. is now the permitted operator of the Fedinec Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in <br />Permit No. M-77-057, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is Colorado National Bank of Denver (now US Bank) Certificate of Deposit No. 3 204 0102 7661, in <br />the amount of $2,500.00, and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. These have been released as <br />of the October 5, 1998 Division approval for the succession of operators.
