The air quality permits are not <br />expired since both plants have been in operation in the last 18 months. The locations and <br />dates are detailed below. <br />• The concrete plant is and has been in operation in Empire since July, 2004. <br />• The asphalt plant was in production on Guanella Pass in August, September and <br />October of 2005. <br />Based on the requirement that these plants must have been in operation in the last 18 <br />months, both plants meet this standard, and therefore their air quality permits are not <br />expired. <br />Please let me know if any additional information is necessazy. <br />Best regards, <br />Greg Norwick <br />President <br />Everist Materials, LLC <br />gnorwick(c~evmat.com <br />
