to $8,400.00, Certificate of Deposit No. 63020 was provided this Division in
June of this year as replacement of Certificate of Deposit No. 1230. Our
files show that neither a Certificate of Deposit Financial Warranty in support
of Certificate No. 63020 nor a Performance Warranty under your name were ever
completed. Please have the enclosed warranties sinned and notarized, then
return to my attention. This will also complete the Succession of Operators
and Transfer of Permit currently pending and the permit will be transferred
into your name.
