Cattany <br />LaPorte, CO 80535 oivi:ion Direcor <br />Natursl Resource Trustee <br />Re: Ingleside Quarry, TecLnical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-1980-037-B12, Revision No. TR-1 <br />Dear Ms. Bazger: <br />On August 11, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted <br />to the Division on July 15, 2003, addressing the following: <br />Revised mining and reclamation plan to allow for highwalls and benching during find reclamation; and a <br />maximum disturbance of 12001inearfeet of highwall and 21 acres ofsurface disturbance at any one time. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit IYo. M- <br />1980-037-HR All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-037-HR remairt in full force and <br />effect. <br />The Division has calculated a total reclamation cost of $60,200 for the maximum disturbance noted above. <br />Attached is a copy of the reclamation cost estimate. Please provide either a replacement warranty in the amount of <br />$60,200 or a supplemental warranty of $39,300. The revision will not be final until the bond is approved by the <br />Division.
