This application converts the Topaz <br />Mine from its existing Hard Roclc/Metal Mining Limited Impact Operation (110) Reclamation Permit to a Hard <br />Rock/Metal Mining Regular (112) Operation Reclamation Permit. This permit conversion is necessary due to <br />expanded operations at the Topaz Mine that will increase the disturbed area from a permitted area of 9.9 acres <br />to a permitted area of 30 acres.
