This <br />permit conversion is necessary due to expanded operations at the Topaz Mine that will increase the disturbed <br />azea from an approximate azea of 6 acres to an approximate area of 12 acres. A copy of Notice of Filing <br />Application and the Application Form (without attachments) is enclosed.
