Box 1228, Wellington, CO 80549; (970) 310-0987, filed as application to convert M-1994-096, Russell <br />Gravel Pit, a 110(c) Lunited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. <br />The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 3, Township 9N, Range 68W, 6th Prime Meridian, in <br />Latimer County.
