Cattany <br />DenVeC, CO 80265 Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />/ ~ <br />Re: Topaz Mine, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-1980-055-13~Revision No. TR-1 <br />Deaz Mr. Wetz: <br />On August 25, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted <br />to the Division on August 4, 2003, addressing the following: <br />Permit boundary has been adjusted to correct deficiencies on older permit maps, due to previous <br />operators of site. All permit related disturbance is now within boundary, including access roads. Seed <br />mix in reclamation plan is slightly modified, dump grading and portal closure plans have been updated. <br />Bond amount will be updated based qn these changes. This TR approval corrects the final outstanding <br />problem condition. <br />The terns of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />1980-055-HR.
