Long <br />Division Director <br />On April 17, 2002, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 to 112 Constmction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit Conversion Application package for the Sand Arroyo, Permit No. M-1978-283. Preliminary review of the information <br />received determined that the following items must be received before the Division can consider yow application as being <br />submitted and technical review can begin: <br />APPLICATION FORM: Pace 1: The wrong Permit Number is entered. Paae 1: Didn't respond to Section <br />5,1 Lrcidental Products. Pace 2: Did not provide a Central Quarter and Quarter/Quarter Section for the <br />operation. <br />EXHIBIT N -Source of Leal Rieht to Enter (Rule 6.4.141: You must provide the source of yow legal right to <br />enter and initiate a mining operation on the affected land. A Commitment for Title Insurance has been provided <br />as the source of legal right to enter. A copy of a deed, abstract of title, or taz receipt, however, is normally <br />required as evidence of an operator's ownership of the property to be mined. <br />Your application will not be con;id~tLbmitted until the ;,,fn,,.tar;r+,,.Iistedabovg-is_reseived and-fom:d-sufficient-to~egin <br />our review. A decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of aU of the requested information. <br />Additionally, if you have already published notice you will need to republish notice, after the Division considers the <br />application submitted. This notice must be published once a week for four (4) conseartive weeks, starting within ten (10) <br />days of the date yow application is considered submitted. We will notify you when you should initiate republication of your <br />notice. The final date for receiving comments is the 20th day after the fourth publication or the next regular business day. <br />This letter shall no[ be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in yow application.
