RECEIVED
DEC 2 6 ?006 '
Division otReclamation,
EXHIBIT G: WATERRESOUKCES Mining and Safety
The only change to this portion of the permit is the reduction in the total acreage of
possible open water. The intent of the reduction is to minimize the area of open water and
eliminate the evaporative loss of groundwater. The remaining pond area will provide
adequate area for stormwater detention from this property as well as from the Dunes
Subdivision to the south.
Any discharge from this site will be via two NPDES permitted discharge points at the
nearby Howe pit. If necessary, water will be pumped back to the Howe Pit for discharge
in accordance with these discharge permits.
All other water resources findings as listed in the original permit remain in effect.
Attached:
NPDES Permit
State Engineer's Office e-mail regarding non-enforcement
