Mining will Involve the striping and storage of topsoil and overburden, temporary <br />excavation to a vertical condition (.5H. IV), that wilt Immediately be temporarily <br />backfllled to at least IH1lV, slopes If expected to remain for less than I year. <br />Stockpiles expected to remain longer than 1 year shall be sloped to at least 3Hi1V and <br />temporarily revegetated, Arens below the water level will be backfllled with sand spolls, <br />excess overburden, and slit from process water from the processing plant that Is located <br />on another portion of the permit urea.
