<br />11 Instal lotion of the conveyor and pipe crossing over the Fulton Ditch shall require
<br />DMG approval of a written agreement with the Fulton Irrigating Ditch Company. Prior to
<br />mining being undertaken In any area, excavate on setbacks w It be staked In the field to
<br />ensure relevant setbacks are followed.
<br />2. The ex I sting wetlands area as shown on this map shall not be dl sturbed until a
<br />wettands Inventory Is accepted by the Corp of Engineers and a 404 permit Is Issued
<br />allowing removal of any Jurisdictional wetlands requiring the appropriate 404 permit. Any

<br />excavation to a vertical condition (.5H. IV), that wilt Immediately be temporarily
<br />backfllled to at least IH1lV, slopes If expected to remain for less than I year.
<br />Stockpiles expected to remain longer than 1 year shall be sloped to at least 3Hi1V and
<br />temporarily revegetated, Arens below the water level will be backfllled with sand spolls,
<br />excess overburden, and slit from process water from the processing plant that Is located
