We are submitting 2 copies <br />of the revised Pre-Mining Map, Mining Plan Map and Reclamation <br />Plan Map for this permit showing the permanent man-made <br />structures with in 200 feet of the permit area. On the Pre- <br />Mining Map we have corrected the adjoining ownership along the <br />south boundary to reflect the current Assessors records. I have <br />also attached an additional copy of a revised page 38 removing <br />BLM and showing CDOW and McIntyre/Sheridan as adjoining owners. <br />Also attached is a revised Page 94 listing McIntyre/Sheridan as <br />the alleged owners of 1 - 3 strand wire fence along the south <br />side of the permit area and an irrigation headgate. According to <br />the property map this fence is on the French/Williams property <br />and we only have Ms. McIntyre's word that she owns the fence. It <br />would seem that with the fence being located on the mine area it <br />would be owned by Ms. French and Ms. Williams. We have listed <br />McIntyre/Sheridan and French/Williams as joint owners on page 94 <br />as a means of identifying the fence without giving either party <br />complete ownership. It is up to the two parties to resolve this <br />
