Trucking of dredge spoils off-site." <br />• The county has no issues or concerns if your operations were to continue with the screening of <br />dredge spoils and aggregate materials on-site as part of the 112 permit request. However, if your <br />operations were to include a "crushing facility" on-site it would be subject to review a conditional <br />use permit. <br />• My assumption is that the existing screening facility on the site will remain in operation but materials <br />are trucked off-site for crushing. <br />I have contacted Ms. Erica Crosby with the Division of Minerals and Geology and discussed the <br />county's regulatory requirements. - - -- - <br />Lastly, I have contacted Larry Brown to get clarification and insights on your 112 permit request and <br />proposed screening/crushing operations.
