Lafarge West, Inc. <br />is now the pemlitted operator of the Bunn Ranch Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit <br />No. M-1980-131, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is the Performance Warranty you originally provided.
